La Copa Hotel offers affordable meeting facilities that can accommodate a wide range of meetings and conferences. Our meeting rooms such as Las Palmas, La Terraza, and La Ventana are made especially for small to midsize groups for events such as baby showers, bridal showers, depositions, and other social or corporate gatherings. Our fees cover the meeting room, chairs, tables, tablecloths, and cleanup.
Whether reserving the meeting rooms by phone, or dropping by for a tour, our staff of service specialist will work with you to make sure your meeting or special gathering comes together perfectly. We value the importance of our customers needs and our planning services will ensure the success of your special event.
We are pleased to arrange and provide audio/visual equipment. A charge will be incurred for each piece of equipment requested. An additional charge may apply for equipment requested within 24 hours of its use.
